Rhepanol hfk is the universally applicable PIB premium roofing membrane with XXL membrane width and the option of hot-air welding.
Rhepanol hfk makes the high-quality sealing of flat roofs easy. The roofing membrane is suitable for any flat roof – no matter whether mechanically fastened or glued layered structures, green roofs, gravel roofs or roofs used for other purposes. Rhepanol hfk offers the option of hot-air welding and XXL sheet widths as sensible additions to the proven Rhepanol thicknesses, fast and safe installation and extreme durability.
The homogeneous and fleece-laminated synthetic roofing membrane based on polyisobutylene (PIB) is FLL-certified to DIN EN 13948 and available in membrane widths of up to 1.50 m. The roofing membrane is also available in a range of different widths. Rhepanol hfk can be used mechanically fastened in the covered membrane edge, in the Velcro system or in combination of both techniques on unused roof surfaces up to 20° inclination.
Other fields of application are, for example, strip bonding to ensure that the roofing membrane can move freely as far as possible, loose laying with ballast and laying under green roofs.
With Rhepanol hfk, large roof areas can be covered quickly and very reliably homogeneously. Since the Velcro fastening system and the hem fastening can be combined, peeling loads on the seam joint and unnecessary perforations in the laid roofing membrane are avoided. At the same time, the possibility of using the 1.50 m wide membranes in the edge and corner areas significantly reduces the proportion of seam. The result is lower installation costs and improved sealing quality.
