Rhepanol hfk-bs, with increased fire protection properties
Our new Rhepanol hfk-bs roofing membrane is a further development of the established Rhepanol hfk roofing membrane.
The abbreviation “bs” stands for increased fire protection. It is suitable for all roof pitches – whether flat roofs, shed surfaces, barrel or monopitch roofs. Rhepanol hfk-bs can also be used on roof pitches of over 20 degrees without any problems. In terms of fire protection technology, the roofing membrane is equipped in such a way that it can even be laid on unbacked polystyrene insulation without a separate fire protection layer.
The Rhepanol hfk-bs roofing membrane consists of the proven raw material polyisobutylene (PIB) with a 1.0 mm thick combination lamination of polyester fleece and glass fleece as well as a fleece-free edge. The roofing membranes are simply joined homogeneously in the seam area using hot air welding.
