Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet laminated with Rhepanol h and a green protective coating on the reverse side. For producing profiles for connections and terminations. Can be cut and folded like galvanized sheet metal. All Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to Rhepanol laminated metal sheet (sheet thickness: 0.6 mm, coating: 0.6 mm).

Liquid, solvent-based adhesive based on synthetic rubber. For strip bonding Rhepanol hfk onto synthetic roofing membranes. Shelf life at least 2 years.

Connection type

All unlaminated Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhepanol RWO (PP) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, FPO/TPO (PP) and bitumen membranes can also be connected. All Rhenofol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhenofol RWO (PVC) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, PVC/EVA roofing membranes can also be connected.

FDT Rainwater Outlet

FDT leaf guard basket

The leaf guard is suitable for all rainwater outlets and is adapted to the respective diameter by trimming the centering section. Also suitable for all water spouts by trimming the basket.

FDT lip seal

The lip seals are suitable for backflow-proof installation of rainwater outlets into each other or for direct installation into downpipes or existing roof drains.

FDT Water Spout

The FDT Water Spout is a horizontal drainage component for flat roofs. Available in two material versions: PVC and PP. All unlaminated Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhepanol water spout (PP) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, FPO/TPO (PP) and bitumen membranes can also be connected. All Rhenofol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhenofol water spout (PVC) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, PVC/EVA roofing membranes can also be connected.

FDT Emergency Overflow Drain

Horizontal emergency drainage from the flat roof through the roof edge or parapet. Further connection to a pipe system for draining water onto suitable open areas or through a free discharge.

Installation notes:

All unlaminated Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhepanol emergency overflow drain (PP) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, FPO/TPO (PP) and bitumen membranes can also be connected.

With the included reducer DN 125/100, OD 125/110, connection to the ventilation pipe with DN/OD 100/110 is possible. Made of impact-resistant rigid PVC. With removable cap and support ring. Ready to install with integrated collar for connection to the roofing membrane. Body: gray. Ventilation cross-section: for DN/OD 100/110 = approx. 88 cm2, for DN/OD 125/125 = approx. 114 cm2.

Required deck opening: Ø 190 mm. For insulation thicknesses of 200 mm and 400 mm.

FDT gravel stop edge package

Gravel stop edge made of stainless steel. The FDT holders are fastened to the corresponding waterproofing with a piece of Rhepanol hg or Rhenofol roofing membrane. The clip is made of stainless steel and serves as a joint connector and to stiffen the gravel stop edge above the holder. For roof pitches over 5°, the design must be coordinated with our application engineers.
