hsg Connecting Strip for Rhepanol hfk
Connecting strip made of PIB with glass fleece reinforcement. The material is used as a connection sheet and cover strip in the field area and is suitable for forming connections, for example to parapets and walls.

Rhepanol h seam cleaner
For cleaning and pre-treating seams on hot-air weldable Rhepanol roofing membranes. Consumption: approx. 10 g/m. Permissible storage time at least 4 years.
Rhepanol h intensive cleaner 50
For cleaning heavy soiling on hot-air weldable Rhepanol roofing membranes. For thinning Rhepanol contact adhesive 50. Permissible storage time at least 4 years.
Rhepanol Gripfix strip
High-tear-strength polyester carrier with mushroom hooks. For fastening Rhepanol hfk in the hook-and-loop system. Fastening is carried out with standard fasteners and stress plates.
Rhepanol h paving tile
Rhepanol h standing seam profile, round
For hot-air welding onto Rhepanol hfk. For an aesthetic standing-seam appearance. Includes Rhepanol joint connector (1 pc./2 m). Can be coated with Rhepanol roof paint. Profile height: 25 mm, profile length: 2.00 m.
Rhepanol roof paint
Special roof paint based on PIB. For decorative coating of all Rhepanol roofing membranes, also in combination with Rhepanol standing seam profiles. Consumption: approx. 0.25 l/m² for two coats. Permissible storage time at least 2 years.
Rhepanol laminated metal sheet
Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet laminated with Rhepanol h and a green protective coating on the reverse side. For producing profiles for connections and terminations. Can be cut and folded like galvanized sheet metal. All Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to Rhepanol laminated metal sheet (sheet thickness: 0.6 mm, coating: 0.6 mm).
Rhepanol solvent welding agent
Rhepanol adhesive 90
Liquid, solvent-based adhesive based on synthetic rubber. For strip bonding Rhepanol hfk onto synthetic roofing membranes. Shelf life at least 2 years.
Rhepanol adhesive 9
Acrylate-based dispersion adhesive. For full-surface bonding of Rhepanol hfk onto chipboard and construction plywood up to a roof pitch of 15°. Consumption: approx. 300-400 g/m². Permissible storage time at least 1 year.
Rhepanol contact adhesive 50
For bonding Rhepanol roofing membranes to concrete, wood, polyester, steel, etc. Not suitable for bonding to polystyrene. Consumption: approx. 500 g/m2 (250 g/m² per side). Permissible storage time at least 2 years.

FDT connection collars
Pre-fabricated collars for the watertight connection of roofing membranes to round and square penetrations. They
are available in two versions, closed and open. The collars can be connected to PIB and PVC roofing membranes.

FDT vapor barrier Alu-gv-sk
FDT Rhepanol vapor barrier
Polyethylene foil with sd > 160 m. For loosely laid or mechanically fastened layer build-ups with Rhepanol roofing membranes and for non-air-conditioned occupied rooms according to DIN 4108, Part 3. Fire class B2 or class E.
FDT PE vapor barrier
Polyethylene foil with sd ≥ 100 m. For loosely laid or mechanically fastened layer build-ups with Rhenofol roofing membranes and for non-air-conditioned occupied rooms according to DIN 4108, Part 3. Meets the requirements of DIN 18234-1. Used as a separation layer with Rhenofol CG under gravel and extensive green roofs. Fire class B2 or class E.
FDT protection layer
Synthetic PIB membrane with polyester fleece on the underside as a highly puncture-resistant protection layer, with a fleece-free welding edge.
FDT synthetic fleece 300 g/m²
High tear strength and thermally bonded, drill-resistant and alkali-resistant. Used as a protection layer in layer build-ups with Rhepanol.
FDT synthetic fleece 180 g/m²
High tear strength, thermally bonded and drill-resistant.
Leveling layer for old, uneven bitumen roofs and timber boarding, and as a separation layer between protection mats and Rhepanol roofing membranes.
FDT glass fiber fleece 120 g/m²
Chemically bonded glass fiber fleece. Used as a separation layer against interactions between Rhenofol roofing membranes and incompatible materials, such as rigid polystyrene foam boards, and as a fire protection layer in mechanically fastened layer build-ups with Rhenofol and Rhepanol hfk roofing membranes.
FDT VarioGully
Reducer DN 125/100 included as standard. Drainage capacity corresponds to DN 125 or, when using the included reducer (DN 125/100), DN 100.
FDT oval sealing ring
For backflow-proof connection of the collar below the screw ring.
FDT Rainwater Outlet
Vertical drainage through the roof build-up.
Connection type
All unlaminated Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhepanol RWO (PP) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, FPO/TPO (PP) and bitumen membranes can also be connected. All Rhenofol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhenofol RWO (PVC) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, PVC/EVA roofing membranes can also be connected.

FDT Water Spout
The FDT Water Spout is a horizontal drainage component for flat roofs. Available in two material versions: PVC and PP. All unlaminated Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhepanol water spout (PP) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, FPO/TPO (PP) and bitumen membranes can also be connected. All Rhenofol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhenofol water spout (PVC) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, PVC/EVA roofing membranes can also be connected.
FDT Emergency Overflow Drain
Horizontal emergency drainage from the flat roof through the roof edge or parapet. Further connection to a pipe system for draining water onto suitable open areas or through a free discharge.
Installation notes:
All unlaminated Rhepanol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhepanol emergency overflow drain (PP) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, FPO/TPO (PP) and bitumen membranes can also be connected.
All Rhenofol roofing membranes can be connected to the Rhenofol emergency overflow drain (PVC) according to the installation instructions. Alternatively, PVC/EVA roofing membranes can also be connected.

FDT vent pipe DN 125/DN 100
With the included reducer DN 125/100, OD 125/110, connection to the ventilation pipe with DN/OD 100/110 is possible. Made of impact-resistant rigid PVC. With removable cap and support ring. Ready to install with integrated collar for connection to the roofing membrane. Body: gray. Ventilation cross-section: for DN/OD 100/110 = approx. 88 cm2, for DN/OD 125/125 = approx. 114 cm2.
Required deck opening: Ø 190 mm. For insulation thicknesses of 200 mm and 400 mm.
FDT cold roof vent DN 125
Made of impact-resistant rigid PVC. Ventilation cross-section of 114 cm2. The FDT weather cap attached to the FDT vent pipe cap can be removed for maintenance. Ready to install with integrated collar.
Body: gray. Condensate tray height: 14 cm.
FDT lightning conductor flashing
For connecting roofing membranes to lightning protection systems Ø 8 mm and penetrations up to 51 mm diameter for Rhepanol and up to 53 mm for Rhenofol. Total height: 250 mm.
FDT support surround
For connecting the roofing membrane to supports and safety anchors from 14 mm to 50 mm diameter, with stainless steel clamp for diameters from 14 to 16 mm. Flange diameter: 160 mm. Height: 15 cm.
FDT heat-shrink hose
FDT aluminium wall connection section, Economy
Rigid aluminum rail in perforated 3 m lengths. For fixing Rhepanol and Rhenofol roofing membranes to vertical surfaces. Fastening with 5 pieces per meter, hole diameter: 8 mm, hole spacing: 150 mm.
FDT kick protection profile 200, one piece
For fixing and protecting roofing membranes at upstands on terraces and balconies. Rigid, 3 m long, 200 mm high and 1.5 mm thick perforated aluminum rail. Bare version with foil. Fastening 5 pieces per meter, hole diameter: 7 mm. Color: bare aluminum.
FDT fixing section
Rigid U-profile made of aluminum in perforated 2 m lengths. For edge and intermediate fixing at upstands for Rhepanol and Rhenofol roofing membranes. Profile width: 30 mm, profile height: 7.2 mm, profile thickness: 2.0 mm, hole spacing: approx. 30 mm, hole diameter: 7.0 mm, 10.5 mm, 14.5 mm. Color: bare aluminum.
FDT gravel stop edge, L-shaped
Rhenofol CS
Plastic sheeting with a slip-resistant embossed surface. Used as a protective layer for maintenance and traffic paths on Rhenofol roofs.
