Membranes that stop acid
You can also count on us for reliable protection against acids. We produce two DIBt-approved acid-protection membranes — Rhepanol O.R.G. and Rhepanol O.R.F. — that are used worldwide. Both provide effective barriers against corrosive substances and protect concrete and steel elements. They are designed for use in virtually any industry.
These membranes have long been used to provide reliable protection under acidic conditions, for example, in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, in the metalworking sector, in cellulose and paper production plants as well as in the food and beverage sector and industrial kitchens.
They retain their flexibility and, depending on the medium, are extremely resistant to direct contact with acids, alkali and salts or oxidizing media and other chemicals at temperatures of up to at least + 80° C.
